Join our innovative team as an Electrical and Electronics Drafter, where you will utilize CAD tools to craft layouts for cutting-edge integrated circuits. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be crucial in meeting project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize integrated circuit floorplans and layouts.
• Work closely with design teams to guarantee compliance with product specifications.
• Carry out parasitic extraction and electrical rule checks (ERC).
• Collaborate with physical design engineers to address layout-related issues.
• Guide layout design improvements through structured feedback during reviews.
• Assist in refining layout design methodologies and ensuring adherence to design rules.
• Maintain knowledge of advanced technologies and methods in semiconductor design.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in IC layout design preferred.

Technical Skills

• Analog/Mixed-Signal Design
• DFT Techniques

Soft Skills

• Communication Skills
• Analytical Skills

Certifications

• Certified Design Engineer (CDE)
• Lean Six Sigma certification is advantageous.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes: Knowledge of how ICs are fabricated and tested.
• Experience with scripting languages: Familiarity with Tcl, Perl, or Python for automation tasks.
