Job Description

As a Business Process Analyst, you'll be pivotal in analysing and optimising business processes. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate with teams across various functions to drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and document user requirements for process evaluations.
  • Support change management initiatives related to process improvements.
  • Research industry best practices to inform process recommendations.
  • Utilise process mapping techniques to present findings and proposals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Master's degree is preferred

  • 3+ years in a similar role with demonstrated success in process improvement
