Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Craftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial craftsmanship and possess excellent technical skills. The role involves performing a variety of tasks related to industrial maintenance and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the functionality of machinery through regular inspections.
  • Provide technical support in equipment repairs.
  • Follow and promote health and safety practices in the workplace.
  • Aid in the design and implementation of equipment modifications.
  • Document maintenance and work logs accurately.
  • Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proactively communicate any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions.
  • Support production teams with technical expertise.
  • Assist in maintaining workshop cleanliness and organization.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Apprenticeship or vocational training in industrial craftsmanship
  • Relevant certifications in mechanical engineering are advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial craftsmanship or a similar role.
