Job Description

The Technical Operator will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, responsible for operating, maintaining, and repairing equipment to ensure that products meet quality standards. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to enhance our operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure operational efficiency by monitoring machinery performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to prevent downtime.
  • Work closely with production staff to meet output targets.
  • Document and report any equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production area.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher National Certificate in Engineering or similar
Experience
  • Experience with food production machinery is advantageous
Technical Skills
  • Hydraulics and pneumatics
Soft Skills
  • Organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
