We are looking for a Molder Helper who will play a vital role in supporting the Molder in preparing and operating molding machines. This position is ideal for those seeking to start their career in a dynamic manufacturing environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the Molder in preparing and operating molding machines efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards during all operations.
• Conduct routine checks on the quality of molded products.
• Use lifting equipment safely for moving molds and materials.
• Document daily production outputs and issues.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
• Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• No prior experience in a similar role required. Training will be provided.

Languages
