We are seeking a proactive First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers to oversee our loading and unloading operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily loading and unloading operations for efficiency.
• Allocate duties to team members while ensuring safety compliance.
• Train staff on loading equipment and safety practices.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and control.
• Communicate operational needs to management.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols.
• Ensure all equipment is in safe working condition.
• Assist in resolving personnel issues and conflicts.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
• Prepare operational and compliance reports.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Logistics Management qualification is a plus

Experience

• Experience in logistics or warehouse operations is essential
