Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Hospitality Manager to lead our team in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure excellent hospitality standards are maintained.
  • Develop training programs for staff to enhance service quality.
  • Manage online reviews and reputation management.
  • Oversee event planning and execution for hotel functions.
  • Coordinate with maintenance to ensure hotel facilities are in peak condition.
  • Implement marketing strategies to attract new guests.
  • Regularly inspect rooms and public areas to uphold cleanliness and standards.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of managerial experience in hospitality
