Job Description

As a Consumer Insights Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading market research initiatives. Your expertise will help the company better understand consumer behaviours and preferences, guiding our marketing strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, utilising various data collection methods to glean insights and produce reports.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee consumer insights projects, from planning to execution and reporting.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of consumer data, focusing on behaviour and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and product teams to integrate insights into strategy.
  • Utilise statistical tools to interpret data sets and produce actionable reports.
  • Present insights and research findings to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with external research firms and vendors.
  • Identify areas for improvement in research methodologies and processes.
  • Train and guide junior team members in research techniques and data analysis.
  • Develop effective presentations that clearly communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure all research complies with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • A relevant Master's degree or professional certification is advantageous
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in market insights analysis or similar roles
