Job Description

As a Feather Shaper at Creative Feather Studios, you will be responsible for crafting and shaping feathers into stunning artworks. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a creative flair for design. You will collaborate with a team of talented artisans to create bespoke feather items, ensuring quality and artistic integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manipulate feathers to produce various shapes, sizes, and colours.
• Develop prototypes for new feather designs and styles.
• Ensure all production meets specified quality standards.
• Collaborate with the design team to bring creative concepts to life.
• Engage in quality control checks of completed feather products.
• Contribute ideas during team brainstorming sessions for new projects.
• Assist with general studio maintenance and organization.
• Monitor stock levels of feathers and materials, and request restocks as needed.
• Attend workshops and training to enhance your skills in feather shaping.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Experience in crafting or artistic roles is preferred.

Experience

• Previous experience working with textiles or crafts is a plus.
