Job Description

We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator who excels at managing multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess robust organisational skills. You will play a critical role in coordinating project activities, ensuring timelines are met and stakeholders are kept informed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Support project managers in various tasks, including tracking deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with all project team members and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations.
  • Organise project resources and facilitate logistical arrangements.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management or relevant field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a project support role
