Job Description

As an Architect at Creative Designs Ltd., you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality architectural designs across a range of projects. You will work closely with our team to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet client requirements while adhering to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Create and review architectural designs ensuring functionality and aesthetics.
• Manage communication between clients and the design team.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and building regulations.
• Conduct feasibility studies and project assessments.
• Prepare presentations and reports for client meetings.
• Mentor junior architects and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Master's degree in Sustainable Design preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of diverse architectural experience

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• 3D Modelling Software

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Analytical Skills

Certifications

• RIBA Specialized Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Background in urban planning: Understanding of urban design principles and practices.
• Proficient in 3D visualization software: Ability to create lifelike 3D renderings.
