UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate UX Designer to join our team in Leeds. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in user research, wireframing, and prototyping. You'll work closely with developers and product managers to craft seamless user experiences that delight our clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify user needs and translate them into functional design solutions.
• Collaborate on design sprints and agile development processes.
• Utilize design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD to create high-fidelity prototypes.
• Conduct A/B testing to validate design decisions.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to team brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, HCI, or similar fields
• Master's degree in User Experience Design is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in a UX/UI designer role

• Usability Testing

Certifications

• UX Certification from a recognised institution

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
