Job Description

As a Computer User Support Specialist, you will be the first line of support for our users, addressing and resolving technical issues efficiently. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that end-users can effectively utilize their technology, contributing to overall productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to user inquiries and provide clear technical assistance.
  • Identify and rectify recurring technical issues for better user experience.
  • Assist in the management of helpdesk ticketing systems for tracking user requests.
  • Document all technical support interactions in detail for future reference.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Coordinate with other IT professionals to enhance systems performance.
  • Develop training materials for end-users to maximize the use of technology.
  • Participate in IT projects that improve infrastructure and service delivery.
  • Conduct routine checks on systems to proactively prevent issues.
  • Facilitate IT orientation sessions for new employees.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or similar
Experience
  • Prior experience in a technical support or help desk role is preferred.
