Job Description

As a Lighting Designer at Creative Solutions Ltd., you will play a critical role in crafting beautiful and functional lighting designs for a variety of projects. Your creativity and attention to detail will help transform spaces and enhance the overall ambiance of our designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept through completion with a focus on lighting.
• Conduct workshops and trainings on lighting design principles.
• Research and implement innovative lighting solutions and technologies.
• Collaborate with project managers to establish project plans and milestones.
• Analyze and resolve design challenges as they arise during the project lifecycle.
• Provide expert advice on lighting effects and techniques.
• Maintain quality control throughout all phases of design and installation.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients for future projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Lighting Design, Architecture or a related discipline
• Postgraduate diploma in Lighting Design would be advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of professional lighting design experience

Technical Skills

• PhotoShop
• 3D Modelling Software

Soft Skills

• Teamwork

Certifications

• Registered Lighting Designer (RLD)
• BIM Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in BIM Software: Experience using BIM for collaborative design projects.
• Knowledge of Building Codes and Standards: Familiarity with relevant lighting standards and regulations.
