Join our team as a Construction Manager in Nottingham, where you will take charge of diverse construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing budgets, and liaising with clients to achieve project objectives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate construction processes to ensure effective workflow.
• Manage project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Check the quality of the work and materials being used to ensure they meet specified standards.
• Prepare and deliver project reports to senior management.
• Implement cost-saving measures while ensuring project quality.
• Establish and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure safety standards are being met.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Chartered status with a relevant institution is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in construction management
