Job Description
Join our team as a Construction Manager in Nottingham, where you will take charge of diverse construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing budgets, and liaising with clients to achieve project objectives.
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate construction processes to ensure effective workflow.
Manage project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.
Check the quality of the work and materials being used to ensure they meet specified standards.
Prepare and deliver project reports to senior management.
Implement cost-saving measures while ensuring project quality.
Establish and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
Conduct site inspections and ensure safety standards are being met.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
Chartered status with a relevant institution is advantageous
Experience
5+ years of experience in construction management
