Job Description

We are seeking a Slubber Hand to operate our slubbing machines, ensuring the production of yarn meets required specifications. You will monitor processes, make adjustments, and maintain production records.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines for production runs based on specific requirements.
• Conduct routine checks and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Document production output and any issues that arise during operation.
• Train new employees in machine operation and safety protocols.
• Work closely with quality control to meet production specifications.
• Respond quickly to any machine failures or production disruptions.

Requirements

• No formal qualifications required, but relevant experience is preferred.
