Production Worker (Braider Operator)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Braider Operator to join our production team. This role requires the operation of braiding machines to produce high-quality braided products. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain braiding machines for high-quality production.
• Inspect final products ensuring they meet quality control standards.
• Troubleshoot any technical issues and perform machine maintenance as needed.
• Follow production schedules and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Work closely with team members to address production challenges.
• Keep accurate production records and reports.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and improvements.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Assist in training new operators as required.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training or equivalent experience in manufacturing

Experience

• Prior experience in a similar manufacturing role is an advantage.

Languages
