Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our skilled team in Bristol. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in manufacturing processes, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing improvements to enhance production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing specifications and work instructions.
• Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for implementation.
• Collaborate with suppliers to improve material quality and costs.
• Assist in the development of production schedules.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production failures.
• Support the implementation of ISO and other quality systems.
• Assist in budgeting and capital expenditure planning for manufacturing improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
