Bolt Loader

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and physically fit individual to join our team as a Bolt Loader. In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading bolts and other similar materials, ensuring efficient transportation and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Manoeuvring materials carefully to prevent damage during loading and unloading.
• Maintaining accurate records of materials loaded and unloaded.
• Supporting team members in achieving daily operational goals.
• Ensuring that all tools and equipment are in proper working order.
• Participating in regular safety training sessions.
• Communicating effectively with team leads regarding workflow.
• Assisting in the setup and organization of the loading area.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education

• Basic literacy and numeracy skills
• Forklift operator's license is a plus

Experience

• Experience in a similar role will be an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Forklift operation
• Inventory management

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Time management

Advantageous

• Experience with inventory management systems: Familiarity with software used for tracking inventory.
• Prior warehouse experience: Advantageous to have experience in similar roles.
