Job Description

Join our team as a Forging Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience operating forging machines and a solid understanding of the forging process. We seek individuals with strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate forging machinery and ensure quality standards are met.
• Monitor equipment during production for optimal performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct routine inspections of forged products to ensure they conform to specifications.
• Maintain records of production data and machinery maintenance.
• Work alongside supervisors and team members to meet production targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a tidy workspace.
• Train junior staff on equipment operation and safety measures.
• Identify areas for process enhancements and implement changes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in forging or metalworking industry preferred.

Technical Skills

• CNC Machine Operation
• Lean Manufacturing

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CNC Machines: Hands-on experience operating computer numerical control machines.
• Knowledge of Quality Inspection Tools: Familiarity with tools and techniques used in quality inspection.
