Job Description

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Med-Surg RN. The position requires providing high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients, focusing on assessment, treatment, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop care plans tailored to each patient.
• Administer intravenous (IV) therapy and manage infusions.
• Collaborate with surgeons and physicians to coordinate patient care.
• Assist in diagnostic tests and procedures, providing support to patients.
• Facilitate patient education on treatment plans and post-discharge care.
• Maintain a high standard of patient safety and dignity at all times.

Requirements

Education

• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification in the UK
• NMC registration

Experience

• Experience in high-acuity or critical care environment is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• IV Therapy
• Patient Monitoring

• Problem-Solving

Certifications

• BLS certification
• ACLS certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
