Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse to join our Brighton team, where you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care. Responsibilities

  • Lead nursing assessments, creating individualized care plans.
  • Deliver medications and monitor patient responses.
  • Foster a trusting environment for patients to discuss their concerns.
  • Record patient progress and update treatment plans as needed.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to policy development.
  • Engage in community health outreach and education.
  • Support patients and families during critical care transitions.
  • Assist with research and development of care strategies.
  • Mentor new nursing team members.

Requirements

Education
  • Nursing Degree (Diploma or Bachelor's)
  • Registered Nurse (RN) certification
Experience
  • 2+ years in a hospital or healthcare environment
