Job Description

As a Filter Plant Supervisor, you will oversee the operations and maintenance of our filter plant, ensuring compliance with industry standards while optimising efficiency and safety. This is a pivotal role requiring strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of water treatment processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient operation of the filter plant while optimising productivity.
• Manage procurement of filter media, chemicals, and spare parts.
• Lead safety meetings and promote a culture of safety within the plant.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Assist in budget preparation and cost control measures.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in water treatment operations is advantageous

Experience

• Experience with process optimisation and automation preferred.
