Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our tech team in Leeds. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products through rigorous testing and validation processes. You will work collaboratively with developers and product managers to identify bugs and provide feedback aimed at improving product performance and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement test strategies based on requirements.
• Conduct performance and load testing as needed.
• Communicate testing progress and results to stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices and processes.
• Assess risks in software projects and suggest mitigation strategies.
• Mentor junior QA team members and share best practices.
• Ensure compliance with established quality standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in QA/testing roles

Technical Skills

• Test Automation Tools

Certifications

• Certified Software Tester (CST)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
