Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Civil Lawyer to join our esteemed firm in London. The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice and representation in various civil disputes, including contracts, property issues, and torts. You will play a pivotal role in building strong cases and supporting clients throughout the legal process.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters from initiation to conclusion.
• Draft and prepare a wide range of legal documents and submissions.
• Advise on legal rights and obligations, offering strategic guidance to clients.
• Participate in mediation and alternative dispute resolution processes.
• Supervise junior lawyers and paralegals in case preparation.
• Assist clients in understanding complex legal issues and processes.
• Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on case progress.
• Conduct client interviews to gather necessary information for cases.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
• Participate in networking and business development efforts to grow the firm's client base.

Requirements

Education

• Qualified solicitor with a strong academic background in Law
• Postgraduate qualifications in relevant fields are advantageous
