Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Corporate Legal Counsel to join our team in Blackpool. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in corporate law, advising on compliance, contracts, and legal risks while ensuring our legal framework aligns with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence for corporate transactions.
• Oversee legal aspects of business activities and ensure compliance.
• Review existing contracts and propose amendments as required.
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders to enhance legal awareness.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings if necessary.
• Provide legal strategies to support long-term business goals.
• Manage the legal department's workflow and priorities.
• Ensure effective communication of legal matters to non-legal staff.
• Contribute to enhancing existing legal processes and practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law or business-related field
• Master's degree in Law is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in a comparable role
