Responsibilities

• Manage corporate legal documentation and maintain records.
• Offer guidance on M&A transactions and corporate restructuring.
• Draft internal policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
• Work closely with other departments to provide integrated legal support.
• Develop training materials for staff on legal compliance and corporate policies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related discipline
• Master's degree in Corporate Law is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in corporate legal advisory roles
