Job Description

We are looking for an accomplished Flight Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day aviation operations at our East Kilbride facility. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of flight operations, compliance regulations, and the ability to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all operational procedures are followed and regularly updated in line with regulations.
  • Manage emergency response protocols and conduct regular drills.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of flight operations and develop action plans for improvement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation or related field
  • Postgraduate degree in Management preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in a relevant aviation role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
