Job Description

We're looking for a dedicated Crew Chief to oversee a team responsible for the maintenance and repair of aircraft. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of aviation standards and exceptional leadership skills to ensure all operations run safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the maintenance team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Oversee the completion of all maintenance tasks in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Act as a liaison between the maintenance team and management.
  • Ensure high standards of quality control in all maintenance work.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in Aviation Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in aircraft maintenance, with 2+ years leading teams.
