• Lead aviation systems projects from conception through to completion.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and standards.
• Engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements and expectations.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Create and maintain project documentation and reports.
• Liaise with external vendors and partners to ensure project success.
• Utilise project management tools to track progress and budget.
• Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on technical issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or similar
• Master's degree is an asset

Experience

• 6+ years of progressive experience in aviation systems roles
