Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct post-flight analysis to improve future planning.
  • Ensure seamless communication with pilots and ground staff.
  • Support training initiatives for new staff on flight operations planning.
  • Participate in safety audits and compliance checks.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation or related field
  • Master's degree in Transportation Management preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in flight operations planning
