As a Flight Safety Coordinator based in East Kilbride, you will lead safety initiatives, develop training programs, and ensure compliance with aviation regulations. Your expertise will play a key role in enhancing safety standards across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Review and update safety policies to align with industry best practices.
• Conduct safety briefings and workshops to engage staff in safety awareness.
• Analyze safety incident reports to identify trends and prevent recurrence.
• Prepare and present safety compliance reports to senior management.
• Engage with external stakeholders and industry groups on safety matters.
• Assist in emergency response planning and drills.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Aviation, Engineering, or Management)
• Postgraduate qualification in Safety Management is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in flight safety or compliance
