We are seeking an Assessment Specialist who will be responsible for designing and implementing effective assessment strategies. The successful candidate will play a critical role in evaluating and improving our assessment processes to ensure accurate measurement of candidate performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage assessment project timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure continuous improvement in assessment processes.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing assessment strategies and propose enhancements.
• Train staff on the use of assessment tools and techniques.
• Work closely with various stakeholders to understand assessment needs.
• Conduct research on emerging assessment technologies and methods.
• Compile qualitative and quantitative data to strengthen assessment reports.
• Facilitate workshops focused on assessment-related topics.
