Job Description

As a Clinical Trials Manager, you will lead and coordinate clinical trials from initiation to completion. This pivotal role involves managing resources, timelines, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in clinical research and a proven track record in managing trials effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Direct clinical trial initiatives, ensuring they align with company objectives.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and site selection for trial locations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with investigators and external partners.
  • Ensure that all data collected is accurate and compliant with regulations.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff within the clinical trials team.
  • Contribute to the preparation of grant applications and research proposals.
  • Coordinate with ethics committees and institutional review boards.
  • Analyse trial results and provide feedback to improve future research projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in Clinical Trials Management is desirable
Experience
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in clinical trial leadership
