Job Description

We are looking for skilled Team Assemblers to join our dynamic production team. Your role will involve following standard work instructions, operating machinery, and ensuring product quality.

Responsibilities

• Carry out assembly activities in line with quality standards.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure efficient performance.
• Identify and minimize production bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with the training of new team members.
• Contribute to team discussions on best practices.
• Prepare reports on daily production outputs.
• Support maintenance of a clean and efficient workplace.
• Foster a collaborative environment within the production team.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Any additional technical or vocational certification is advantageous

Experience

• Prior experience in a relevant role is highly desirable.
