Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team in Glasgow. In this role, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain IT systems for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to support requests via email, phone, and in-person.
  • Perform regular system updates and backups.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements in IT systems.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies.
  • Attend team meetings to discuss progress and share knowledge.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+)
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support with strong problem-solving skills.
