DevOps Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our talented team in Leeds. This role involves building and maintaining infrastructure, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring the reliability of our cloud platforms. You will work closely with developers and system administrators to improve our deployment processes and systems performance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust containerized applications using Docker.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Utilise monitoring tools like Prometheus or Grafana to ensure uptime.
• Work with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Engage in performance tuning of existing applications.
• Set and maintain SLAs for system architecture.
• Integrate security within the DevOps pipeline.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of DevOps experience within cloud environments
