Join our dynamic production team as a Hat Stock Laminating Machine Operator, where you'll play a key role in the manufacturing process. This position focuses on operating high-tech laminating machines to produce top-tier laminated hat stocks, ensuring every item meets our strict quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust the laminating machine based on production requirements.
• Conduct quality checks on laminated products throughout the production process.
• Keep detailed records of machine settings and production outputs.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Assist in training new operators on machine operation and safety practices.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Assist with other manufacturing tasks as directed by the supervisor.
• Maintain a tidy and hazard-free work environment.
• Support inventory control by monitoring material usage.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant experience preferred

• Experience in the hat manufacturing industry is a plus
