Responsibilities

• Analyse financial reports and budgets to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents and address queries effectively.
• Plan and implement service enhancements and maintenance schedules.
• Conduct market research to stay competitive in marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with local authorities and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct training for staff on property management standards and policies.
• Prepare reports on property status and tenant satisfaction for upper management.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in property management desired.
