We are seeking a skilled Hairspring Staker to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for staking, adjusting, and assembling hairsprings for use in mechanical timepieces. This role requires precision and attention to detail, ensuring that each component meets our high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality control of hairsprings through thorough inspections.
• Conduct performance tests and make necessary adjustments.
• Document assembly processes and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in training junior team members on best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the assembly process.
• Keep up to date with industry standards and techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Certification or diploma in watchmaking or horology is preferred.

Experience

• Experience in watchmaking or horological assembly is as an advantage.

Technical Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
