Responsibilities

• Engage in negotiations regarding policy terms between clients and the company.

• Provide training and guidance to junior underwriters and staff.
• Prepare reports on underwriting activities and present findings to management.
• Collaborate with claims teams to assess risks associated with claims.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically underwriting
