Responsibilities

• Work with clients to develop comprehensive interior design solutions.
• Create detailed design proposals and present them to clients.
• Manage the execution of design projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
• Assist in project bidding and contract negotiations.
• Utilise CAD software to create precise design plans.
• Analyse and resolve design-related challenges with innovative solutions.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Prepare project reports and keep management updated.
• Attend design expos and networking events to expand industry contacts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Master's level certification is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years in a similar role, particularly in client-facing positions

Technical Skills

• 3D Modelling Software

Certifications

• Certified Interior Decorator (CID)
• National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ)

Languages
