As a Machine Feeder and Offbearer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and operating our sweatband cutting machines. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that production processes run smoothly, maintaining quality standards, and collaborating with the manufacturing team to meet production targets.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sweatband cutting machines following standard procedures.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure sweatbands meet quality standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to optimise production output.
• Maintain accurate records of production and report issues swiftly.
• Assist in training new employees on machine operation and safety protocols.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes.
• Implement best practices in safety to foster a secure working environment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating sweatband cutting machines or similar manufacturing equipment.
