Job Description

As a Metal-Refining Furnace Operator, you will oversee the operation of our flux plant, ensuring production runs smoothly and safely. You will be responsible for managing the flux production process, performing routine maintenance, and adhering to strict health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flux production process, ensuring efficient operation.
• Identify and rectify any operational issues promptly.
• Ensure machinery and equipment are maintained in good working order.
• Record production levels and maintain data logs for auditing.
• Assist in training new operators in standard operating procedures.
• Work towards achieving production targets set by the management.
• Engage with team members to foster a collaborative working environment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant technical certification is advantageous

Experience

• Prior experience in industrial machinery operation is highly desirable.
