Job Description

Looking for an experienced Logistics Operations Coordinator to lead and enhance our logistics processes in Northampton. The role will involve coordinating shipments, managing inventory levels, and working with suppliers to improve service quality and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Handle logistics software and tools to track shipments and inventory.
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen logistics operations.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory and logistics systems.
• Provide training and support for junior logistics staff.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the logistics team.
• Assist with budget management for logistics operations.
• Compile and analyse data for process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
• Postgraduate degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management
