Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility in Bristol. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a passion for improving healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Administer budgets and track expenditures related to healthcare operations.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service within the healthcare team.
  • Develop processes to enhance patient care quality.
  • Compile and analyse data for performance reports.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and healthcare providers.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of healthcare regulations.
  • Organise community outreach programs as needed.
  • Contribute to staffing decisions and performance evaluations.
  • Support the implementation of technology solutions in the facility.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Management is an advantage
