Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in Leeds. In this role, you will assist occupational therapists in delivering high-quality care to patients by implementing treatment plans and providing support during therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting patient assessments under the guidance of therapists.
• Encourage patients to participate actively in their therapy.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for therapy sessions.
• Provide clinical support to therapists as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in therapy areas.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Occupational Therapy
• BSc in Occupational Therapy or equivalent experience is preferred

Experience

• Previous experience in an allied health role is desirable

Certifications

• Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Certification
