Responsibilities

• Review and process Medicare enrollment applications and related documents.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of enrollment forms.
• Communicate with applicants regarding missing information or documentation.
• Follow up with applicants to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to applicants.
• Collaborate with other team members to streamline enrollment processes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant certifications in Medicare enrollment processes are advantageous.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medicare enrollment or a related field.

Technical Skills

• Medicare enrollment software
• Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems

Languages

• English: Fluent
