Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team in Cardiff. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and a commitment to providing quality pharmaceutical services. You will be responsible for ensuring patients receive the correct medications, advising on proper usage, and supporting the overall health of our community.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense prescriptions with precision.
• Educate patients on the safe usage of medications.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare practitioners.
• Maintain records of medications and supply levels.
• Conduct assessments for possible drug interactions.
• Supervise staff and manage pharmacy operations.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives in the pharmacy.
• Participate in training and mentoring pharmacy personnel.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent

Experience

• At least 2 years of direct pharmacy experience

• Drug Interaction Knowledge

Certifications

• GPhC Registered
• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
