Job Description

We are on the lookout for a qualified Licensed Clinical Therapist who will play a vital role in delivering mental health services to a diverse client base. This professional will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and provide individual and group therapy. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of various therapeutic approaches and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and diagnosis of mental health disorders.
  • Create tailored treatment plans for clients based on their individual needs.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
  • Collaborate with other care providers to ensure coordinated care.
  • Maintain and ensure confidentiality of clinical records.
  • Stay abreast of current research and clinical practices in mental health.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development activities.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical and professional regulations.
  • Foster a supportive and non-judgmental therapeutic environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
  • Valid license as a clinical therapist in the UK
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed clinical therapist
